This flat is very closely located to Kirchberg (about 1.5km from the EIB and 3km from KPMG) and about 400m from the train station at Weimerskirch. It has an extra large lounge with panoramic windows and a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. The loft bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe. It is also equipped with a spacious office outside the room. Since it is upstairs it also has the added advantage that it has more privacy. As it is a duplex, this also means that there is no upstairs neighbour. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and has a nice view onto Weimerskirch.
The flat has all modern cons, including a washing machine and dishwasher and the kitchen is fully equipped.
