The furnished double bedroom (C) is in a modern duplex with large windows, a small terrace and plenty of natural sunlight. This flat is very closely located to Kirchberg (about 2.5km from the EIB and KPMG) and about 400m from the train station at Weimerskirch. It has a nice lounge with large windows, a separate guest toilet on the ground floor as well as a large bathroom and modern kitchen. An additional bonus is that it has recently been completely redone and has a brand new kitchen.

The loft bedroom is about 18m2 and has a double bed and a large wardrobe with a really large window. Since it is upstairs it also has the added advantage that it has more privacy and an outside storage area which you share with one other tenant. As it is a duplex, this also means that there is no upstairs neighbour. The flat is located on the 4th floor and has a fantastic view onto Weimerskirch.

The flat has all modern cons, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been recently renewed.

Flatmates

All flatmates are international professionals between 23-39years working for Deloitte, KPMG and other consultancies, Amazon or investment bankers. We take great care to rent to people that are both respectful and social so that you can find a new home. Our flats are properly managed and if something breaks down it will be fixed. Normally there is also a professional cleaner but this depends if she is required. The flatshare is only available for international professionals with an academic background.
