The bedroom is in a large modern duplex which is on the road to Kirchberg, about 0.6km from the European Investment Bank (EIB). There is a bus stop right outside with buslines L25 and L8 that run every 10min, the train station is at 4min on foot. The duplex has a nice large lounge with plenty of light, a roomy bathroom as well as a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is brand new. The flat also has a small terrace attached to the lounge and one of the 2 large bedrooms downstairs also has a small balcony. The building is in good condition with the flat on the 3rd and last floor.

The large furnished bedroom (E) on the second floor has about 18m2, a double bed and large wardrobe with plenty of natural light. There is easily enough space to install a desk inside the room. Additionally on the second floor it also offers more privacy.

The apartment has been completely redone, repainted and has a new kitchen and wooden floor installed. The flat has all modern cons, including a washing machine and dishwasher and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is storage room downstairs.
