We have a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom inside a flatshare in the centre of the city. The studio (room + ensuite bathroom) is about 40m2 and the rest of the flat is an additional 110m2 with a roomy lounge. There are large windows on both sides of the flat with loads of natural sunlight in all rooms.
The flatshare is located close to the HSBC Headquarter on the ‘Boulevard d’Avranche’, within 3-4min walking distance from the train station to take the TGV to Paris and 5 minutes from the cathedral (uptown) if you walk across the bridge.
There are numerous shops within 2-3min from the flat, dry cleaners, ‘La Soupe’, Alima (supermarket) or the Gourmet cheese&wine shop (‘La Cave à fromages’). Many bars are within walking distance, such as Zanzen or Sofitel’s skybar.
The studio is integrated within a larger flat and has an ensuite bathroom. A door separates the hall and studio from the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, spices, cooking equipment, blender, grill etc), the lounge has a high end TV and surround system, and there is of course also a washing machine.
The other flatmates are just over 30, travel a lot to Paris and London and enjoy sports, socializing and cooking.
The lounge is furnished, individual rooms are unfurnished.
