Since 2015 we have been exclusively specialized in Coliving, offering real homes to international professionals looking for long-term stays. This month we are about to launch another service, VaubanFlexi, which opens coliving up to a much broader audience.

Find out what it is all about in this blog post by our CFO Jerome Ensch.

Since the very start we have been exclusively specialized in Coliving, creating homes for international professionals looking for long-term stays. We carefully interview and vet our community to make sure we can offer quality standards among tenant and include professional maintenance and cleaning with all our rooms.

This month we launch VaubanFlexi, which opens coliving up to a much broader audience who still want to take advantage of our awesome services and make friends and connections quickly but who need more flexibility and less commitment while in the Grand Duchy.

How does it work?

VaubanFlexi focuses on digital nomads and international professionals who are in town for shorter periods of time. The goal is to offer a viable alternative to AirBnB and hotels which can be expensive and impersonal.

  • Shorter rental periods (min. 2 month rent)
  • Rooms rented monthly by month (for as long as you need them)
  • 1 month notice period only
  • We take care of everything: all utilities / fresh bedding / high speed internet included
  • No Agency fee + maximum flexibility

Images above are from our latest project, Marco Polo, which will go live from 25/10/21. Located in the heart of Belair, this little gem has everything you need and is still walking distance to the town centre. Just get in touch with us and get yourself going. We’re excited to welcome you.

Vauban & Fort offers private rooms and properties in coliving spaces that actually feel like home and have great flatmates to share them with. We screen potential tenants and help you match with flatmates who share your living preferences and interests. Vauban & Fort offers great Coliving experiences by design, not by accident. Talk to us and find out why we are top rated on social media.
