What kind of properties do you offer?

We offer corporate housing solutions in key Luxembourg city locations from Limpertsberg to Kirchberg, from Cloche d'Or to the Gare and Hamilius for example. Our priorities lie on offering quality properties that are within close proximity of public transport and that serve the main business hubs of the city.

From 1 to 3 bedrooms, all our apartments are fully furnished and have a dedicated working area, fresh bedding and aim to offer hotel-like quality.

What is the cancellation policy?

Corporate clients can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date.

Do you ask for a deposit?

We do not ask for deposits on short term corporate rentals (anything under 3 months) and will invoice you on a monthly basis.

If you prefer a long-term rental contract, there is a deposit of 2 months rent.

What is included in the cost?

The monthly invoice includes all utilities (e.g. electricity, water, heating, internet). It also includes professional cleaning and professional maintenance as well as a dedicated property manager.
Upon request we can add the cost of additional weekly cleaning and towels/linen/bedding.

How does billing work?

We will send you a monthly invoice for the rented period.
