Vladimir has an LLB and an MA in International Relations at the University of Kent, MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

His Career began at tech giants Axians and IBM in France and Ireland, before focusing on wealth management in the United Arab Emirates in 2010 and in Europe from 2013. He has worked for Bank of Singapore, Societe Generale and ING servicing UHNW clients with portfolio management and credit facilities. Since 2020 Vladimir is actively involved in technology-oriented startups as a board advisor and business angel and additionally is an active director for funds and companies. In Luxembourg, he is also is a licensed real estate specialist and investor handling a real estate portfolio.

Thomas holds a Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Cambridge, he is also a chartered fellow of both the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Royal Society of Arts.

Thomas is a creative and independent thinker, chartered architect, built environment professional and governance practitioner with specialisms in design, property, corporate governance and sustainable development. Thomas currently works in the property development and construction sector, where he has acted as Project Lead and Design Manager over the last four years, with responsibility for the design and delivery of a flagship branded five star London Hotel, spa and serviced apartments.

Sean moved from Toronto to Luxembourg in 2021 to support the build-out of CIBC’s inaugural Corporate/Investment Banking platform in Continental Europe.

He focuses primarily on financing Canadian Private Equity firms’ acquisitions of critical European infrastructure (Digital, Renewables, Offshore/Onshore Wind, Transportation and Social).

Sean subsequently ran a value-focused partnership which invested in small cap securities and special situations. Sean is a graduate of Ivey Business School (2010), Canada’s #1 undergraduate business program and INSEAD (Class of 2020). Outside of work, Sean’s currently an aspiring DJ and an avid tennis player.

Living in London and New York, Jerome has been involved in Coliving for over a decade. As founder and CFO of V&F he has a wealth of experience and expertise in Coliving and has been a thought leader, speaking at public events like the ‘Colive Summit’ in 2021 and has been the architect behind the recent acquisition of LuxFriends in 2023.

With a passion for business and spotting opportunities, Jerome continues to focus on business expansion and delivering excellent value for money to all stakeholders.

When not a work, he can be found doing sports or reading. Jerome enjoys travelling to Bali and South Africa and has a PhD in Literature & Politics from the University of Kent in 2007.

Jérémie studied at the University of Luxembourg and holds a Masters degree in European Business Criminal law.

He is specialized in corporate law, M&A, companies’ implementations, reorganisations and relocations as well as corporate financing and debt restructuring. Jérémie is also active in tax law and advises on tax (re)structuring.

Jérémie has been a Reservist Officer in the French Army since 2005, and was in charge of commanding a 150+ member squadron from 2019-2023.
