Executive Assistant

The Vauban&Fort Group is an innovative leader in the housing market and pioneer in Coliving since 2015. Our team keeps growing and we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our fast growing team.

Main tasks:

*Supporting daily administrative tasks
*Acting as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues
*Managing calendars and coordinating meeting scheduling, ensuring efficient time management
*Coordinating meetings, internal communications, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines and priorities are met
*Collecting, organizing, and accurately filing documents and records (digital and physical)
*Office management (mail / deliveries / organization)

Profile:
*English (mandatory)
*French (is an advantage)
*Reside in Luxembourg or proximity
*A degree (any field) is a plus
*Good organizational and time management skills
*Strong focus on detail and problem-solving abilities
*Positive and proactive attitude
*Need for discretion and confidentiality
