VaubanFlexi – the smart way of renting short term

Since the very start we have been exclusively specialized in Coliving, creating homes for international professionals looking for long-term stays. We carefully interview and vet our community to make sure we can offer quality standards among tenant and include professional maintenance and cleaning with all our rooms.

This month we launch VaubanFlexi, which opens coliving up to a much broader audience who still want to take advantage of our awesome services and make friends and connections quickly but who need more flexibility and less commitment while in the Grand Duchy.

How does it work?

VaubanFlexi focuses on digital nomads and international professionals who are in town for shorter periods of time. The goal is to offer a viable alternative to AirBnB and hotels which can be expensive and impersonal.

• Shorter rental periods (min. 2 month rent)
• Rooms rented monthly by month (for as long as you need them)
• 1 month notice period only
• We take care of everything: all utilities / fresh bedding / high speed internet included
• No Agency fee + maximum flexibility
