Assistant Operations Manager – Main tasks:
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations of the team
(customer relationship, team management, showing initiative to solve problems);
- Assist the manager in planning and implementing (advertising/team resources);
- Interview potential clients/staff recruitment;
- Organize and monitor the training of new employees;
- Handle non-routine inquiries and complaints from customers;
- Manage team work schedule and vacations;
- Coordinate and quality check the sales of new rooms/properties;
- Help to acquire new properties / set up new projects (Business development).
Assistant Operations Manager – profile
- Have a degree (any field)
- 3+ years of work experience in a customer-facing job
- Have a positive upbeat personality and good interpersonal skills
- Be organized and reliable with good attention to detail
- Work independently with potential leadership qualities
- Problem solver and show initiative
- Be dedicated to customers and deliver KPIs
- Speak English and French fluently
- Have a driving license
