Executive Assistant

The Vauban&Fort Group is an innovative leader in the housing market and pioneer in Coliving since 2015. Our team keeps growing and we are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our fast growing team.

Main tasks:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business
• Organizing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points
• Scheduling meetings, preparing travel itineraries
• Prioritizing, drafting, and responding to correspondence

Profile:

• English (mandatory)
• French (is an advantage)
• Have a driving license (mandatory)
• Reside in Luxembourg or proximity
• A degree (any field) is a plus
• A positive personality and good interpersonal skills
• Problem-solver attitude, highly organized, and adaptable professional
