Senior Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join MHL (MyHandymanLuxembourg) our key partner in creating and maintaining homes in Luxembourg.

MHL is a part of the Vauban&Fort Group, an innovative leader in the housing market and pioneer in Coliving since 2015. Our team of skilled maintenance technicians keeps growing and we are looking for a qualified handyman to join our dynamic team.

Main Tasks

• Renovations and maintenance of the properties 
• Installing Dry walls
• Painting 
• Furniture assembly
• Kitchen repairs / installations

Additional Experience (would be a bonus)

• Tiling
• Bathroom renovations
• Plumbing
• Floor installation

Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
  
• Previous experience leading a team 
• Reside in Luxembourg or proximity
• A positive personality and good interpersonal skills are a plus
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Proficiency in English or French (mandatory), Portuguese (advantage)
• References from previous employers are welcome
