Sales Executive

The Vauban&Fort Group is an innovative leader in the housing market and a pioneer in Coliving in Luxembourg since 2015. We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to help us accelerate our growth. You will combine business development, relationship management, and sales execution to help grow our network and strengthen our market presence. If you are energetic, commercially minded, and motivated by building partnerships, closing deals, and creating new opportunities, this role is for you.

Main tasks:

*Identifying and sourcing new properties and business opportunitiesDeveloping partnerships with real estate agencies and property owners
*Building and maintaining long-term relationships with developers
*Managing outreach, prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings
*Participating in room sales and supporting occupancy growth
*Qualifying leads, negotiating opportunities, and closing deals
*Staying proactive in identifying market trends and new expansion opportunities
*Having property agent experience is a bonus but not mandatory

Sales Executive– profile:

*2-3ys previous sales experience (mandatory)
*English and French (mandatory)
*Luxembourgish (strong advantage)
*Driving license (mandatory)
*A degree (any field) is a plus but not necessary
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Results-driven and strong “getting things done” attitude
