The cosy single bedroom (D) is on the second floor of this modern duplex with large windows, a small terrace and plenty of natural sunlight. This flat is very closely located to Kirchberg (about 1.5km from the EIB and 3km from KPMG) and about 400m from the train station at Weimerskirch. It has a nice lounge with large windows and a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. An additional bonus is that it has only recently been completely redone and has a new kitchen.
The loft bedroom has a single bed and a large wardrobe. It is also equipped with a spacious office outside the room. Since it is upstairs it has the added advantage that it has more privacy and an outside storage area which you share with one other tenant. As it is a duplex, this also means that there is no upstairs neighbour. The flat is located on the 4th floor and has a fantastic view onto Weimerskirch.
The flat has all modern cons, including a washing machine and dishwasher and the kitchen is fully equipped.
